At BeWilderment Beards, every order is packed with care and prepared for the expedition.

We are a small business and work hard to get your supplies out as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During launch periods, Founding Member events, holidays, or unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

If there is a major delay, we will do our best to communicate updates.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders over $50 may qualify for free shipping where applicable.

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on carrier performance, destination, and weather conditions.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.

If your order arrives damaged, appears lost, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of damaged items or packaging (if applicable)
• A brief explanation of the issue

Founding Member Orders

Founding Member rewards, including complimentary Mythic Blend Beard Oil, are available only while launch inventory lasts and may require qualifying bundle purchases.

During the launch expedition, shipping times may occasionally take slightly longer than usual due to order volume.
